Tray design
For many customers we design specific trays that are stack-able, robust and fit in standard size transport boxes. This allows for a better way to transport and handle the lenses. The trays keep your lenses safe until the next assembly step or even up to the point of the end user. When possible we try to support the environment and keep the costs down by designing re-usable trays that are returned to us for future shipments. For small lenses we also have capability for tape and reel packaging.
Climate testing
Our climate chambers allow for reliability testing of products when we want to learn about the long term performance of products. We offer our customers also the possibility to test their products in our climate chambers so they can learn about the aging of their products and, when needed, make design changes before going into mass production.
