Bright LED solutions has produced and contributed to the development of the iSPEX device which is a smart extension for the iPhone (4 and 5) to be able to measure fine dust concentration levels. This project was a great success and has contributed significantly in the research of fine dust. There will unfortunately be no new developments with regards to newer iPhone models and the launch of the tropomi satellite wil provide even more insight in this matter however we are awaiting a possible extension of the iSPEX project which is about to get started in 2018.
