This allows for a better way to transport and handle the lenses. The trays keep your lenses safe until the next assembly step or even up to the point of the end user. When possible we try to support the environment and keep the costs down by designing re-usable trays that are returned to us for future shipments. For small lenses we also have capability for tape and reel packaging.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Climate testing<\/h2>\n<p><img class=\"TechImages\" src=\"http:\/\/brightledsolutions.com\/web\/images\/work_techniques\/vc7020.png\" alt=\"Image of climate test chamber\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"TechText\"> Our climate chambers allow for reliability testing of products when we want to learn about the long term performance of products.
